Weyburn Wrestling Tournament (Weyburn SK – All Ages)

We are excited to announce our club’s plan to attend a wrestling tournament in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, on December 7th. This is a fantastic opportunity for our team to show support for the Weyburn Wrestling Club, as they joined us last January for our inaugural NextGen Open tournament. We hope to see strong participation from our athletes!

Wrestlers invited to join us at this tournament should have received an email, please respond with the following information:

  • Wrestler’s Full Name
  • Age
  • Division
  • Weight

Division Breakdown:

  • Freshie: Grades 1 & 2
  • Novice: Grades 3 & 4
  • Pee Wee: Grades 5 & 6
  • Bantam: Grades 7 & 8
  • Cadet: Grades 9 & 10
  • Juvenile: Grades 11 & 12

Note: All athletes below high school age must be accompanied by an adult.

Registration Details:

  • We will handle registration for all wrestlers as a group.
  • Club Registration Deadline: November 23rd (Please note that while the official deadline is December 2nd, we are aiming to register our athletes by November 23rd).
  • Registration Fee: $30, to be sent via e-transfer to wammanextgen@gmail.com by November 23rd.

Please also book accommodations early to ensure availability. A block of rooms is reserved under “Manitoba Wrestling” at the Travelodge Hotel Weyburn:
