SPRING BREAK TRAINING CAMP
Our Spring Break Camp is a great opportunity for athletes to stay active, build skills, and get quality training during the break — while also having fun.
Dates:
Monday, March 30 to Thursday, April 2
Location:
123 Main Street
Daily Schedule:
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Morning Session (Jiu-Jitsu)
- 12:45 PM – 4:00 PM – Afternoon Session (Wrestling)
- Fun Games & Activities built into each day
- Conditioning Circuit Sessions will also be introduced throughout the camp
Pricing:
- Morning Only (Jiu-Jitsu): $95
- Afternoon Only (Wrestling): $95
- Full Day: $170
Additional Information:
- Early drop-off available upon request
- Evening classes will run as usual
- Athletes staying for evening training should bring enough food to properly refuel
What to Wear / Bring:
- Filled water bottle
- Healthy snacks for throughout the day
- Extra change of clothes
- Additional athletic wear (in case clothing gets sweaty)
