4-Day Spring Break Camp

SPRING BREAK TRAINING CAMP

Our Spring Break Camp is a great opportunity for athletes to stay active, build skills, and get quality training during the break — while also having fun.

Monday, March 30 to Thursday, April 2

Location:
123 Main Street


Daily Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Morning Session (Jiu-Jitsu)
  • 12:45 PM – 4:00 PM – Afternoon Session (Wrestling)
  • Fun Games & Activities built into each day
  • Conditioning Circuit Sessions will also be introduced throughout the camp

Pricing:

  • Morning Only (Jiu-Jitsu): $95
  • Afternoon Only (Wrestling): $95
  • Full Day: $170

Additional Information:

  • Early drop-off available upon request
  • Evening classes will run as usual
  • Athletes staying for evening training should bring enough food to properly refuel

What to Wear / Bring:

  • Filled water bottle
  • Healthy snacks for throughout the day
  • Extra change of clothes
  • Additional athletic wear (in case clothing gets sweaty)
